We are passionate cyclists. Our aim is simple - to provide excellent quality bike boxes, honest advice and a friendly service that makes travelling with your bike stress free.
Based in Marple, Stockport, we’re ideally located for cyclists looking for bike box hire in Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire. We’re also conveniently located for Manchester Airport. Whether you're heading to Mallorca, Girona, or the Alps, we have bike boxes that will keep your bike safe throughout the journey.
Our boxes cater for all bikes from regular road, aero road, gravel, TT, triathlon, cyclocross, and mountain.

Our Bike Box Options & Prices
Bike Box Alan - Triathlon Aero EasyFit - £10 per day.
Our most popular box. Minimal dismantling — generally just the wheels and pedals — making it ideal for most road, aero and triathlon bikes.
Bike Box Alan - Triathlon Easyfit Maxx - £10 per day
Extra space for larger setups. Designed for larger TT and triathlon bikes, including bikes with longer drop or bull bars that may not fit in the standard Triathlon Aero Easyfit. It also gives extra room for kit such as wetsuits and trainers.
Bike Box Alan - Premium Bike Box - £8 per day.
A robust and more compact version. Ideal for most road bikes but only those where the handlebars can be removed from the stem and there is no tubeless set up.
Minimum hire duration 5 days on all
boxes.
How To Book With Us
- Enquire via WhatsApp or email through the bookings page.
- Let us know which bike box you would like and the period of hire. Please remember to include any additional days either side of your flights to allow time for packing and unpacking.
- We will confirm availability and the next steps to arrange payment.
- Once paid your booking is secured, we will arrange a collection time with you from our base in Dale Road, Marple.
- You will need to provide identification with proof of address before the box is collected. No further deposit is required.

- Never packed a bike before? No problem - we'll show you exactly how to pack your bike before you leave. We're always on hand to answer any questions.
- A bag of additional packing items is provided, including blanket, bubble wrap, pipe insulation and foam.
