Gravel Bikes

Taking your gravel bike abroad? At Marple Bike Box Hire, all our boxes are suitable for gravel bikes so you can choose the option that best suits your bike and how you want to travel. 

The Triathlon Aero Easyfit and Triathlon Easyfit Maxx fits the following dimension of gravel bikes:

• 76cm diameter wheels, including tyres inflated, which are to a maximum of 7.6cm (3") wide
• Frames from the bottom of the crank to the top of the seat at a maximum of 90cm (with the seat attached), or 90cm to the top of an integrated seat post (with the seat removed).
• Frames to a maximum of 138cm from the head tube to the bottom of the rear mech.
• Handlebars to a maximum of 48cm.

The Premium fits the following dimension of gravel bikes:

• 67.3cm (26.5") diameter wheels, with tyres deflated, which are to a maximum of 2.5cm wide deflated.
• Frames from the bottom of the crank to the top of the seat at a maximum of 85cm (with the seat attached) or 92cm to the top of an integrated seat post (with the seat removed).
• Frames to a maximum of 115cm from the head tube to the bottom of the rear mech.
• Handlebars to a maximum of 50cm.

We do request that gravel bikes, as with all bikes, are cleaned before they packed in one of our boxes both when travelling abroad and when returning to England.
